This recipe is an easy way to get some more greens into your diet.
Ingredients:
1 large bunch of kale
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 T sesame oil
sea salt to taste
Wash kale and remove tough stems. Steam kale in a steamer basket or in 1" of water sprinkled with salt until a vibrant green and tender. This will take about 10-15 minutes
Serve with sea salt and sesame oil.
