Mango Lassi

This is an easy recipe for the ubiquitous Indian restaurant Mango Lassi. I like to use goat's milk kefir but cow's milk kefir will work too. Redwood Hill Farms is my favorite kind. Kefir is a good source of probiotics and easier to digest than cow's milk.

Ingredients:
2 c goat milk kefir
2 c mango nectar

Combine both ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Makes about 3 servings.
