Calcium and Mineral Water

Mineral water is underrated for it's calcium content.

Most mineral water has a recommended dietary allowance (RDA) of calcium content between 2%-6% per 8 oz glass. This means that 8 glasses gives you roughly half the calcium you need for the day.

I like Mountain Valley, Perrier, San Pellegrino and Gerolsteiner because these come in glass bottles. (This is mostly to avoid plastic out-gassing as much as possible or eliminate the use of plastic for food and drink products completely.)
