Chocolate Banana Rice Pudding

A nice not too sweet chocolate-y dessert. I recommend using Chocolove's 61% organic dark chocolate and basmati white rice.

Ingredients:
1 c white rice
2 c water
1 ripe banana
2 T raw sugar
1 oz dark chocolate
1/2 milk (rice, cow's, or almond)

garnish:
1 oz grated chocolate
1 banana sliced into thin rounds

Cook rice as usual in a saucepan or rice cooker until fluffy. Mash banana. Stir remaining ingredients into rice. Heat over medium heat until creamy for 10 minutes.

Preparation time: about 20 minutes
Makes 3-4 servings
