This is a nice cool-weather alternative to the traditional cold fruit salad.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 apples
2 kiwis
2 T raisins
1 lemon
1 T honey or raw sugar
a dash of cinnamon
Chop bananas, kiwis and apples into bite sized pieces. Juice the lemon. Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for 15 minutes or until fruit is soft. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve warm with a bit of plain yogurt.
