These quick little round pizzas are perfect for lunch paired with a spinach salad dressed with olive oil and vinegar.
Ingredients:
2 corn tostadas
4 T marinara sauce
4 T shredded mozzarella cheese
a few shakes of oregano
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees F. On a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil place the 2 tostada rounds. Layer 2 T of marinara and 2 T mozzarella on top of the rounds. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
