This hummus is great as a dip for veggies or crackers.
Ingredients:
15 oz can of chickpeas
1 T tahini
the juice of 1/2 of a lemon
3 T water
3 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
